Orders can be made online or by mail order.
Payments can be made by Credit or Debit Card, UK Cheque, Postal Order or Paypal.

Shipping is a flat rate of £4.95 inclusive of VAT per order to Mainland UK destinations for orders under £100.
Shipping is free (within the UK) for orders above £100.
If you wish delivery to other destinations, please contact us for a postage quote.
We generally deliver using Royal Mail Services.
Delivery time for items in stock is usually 1-3 working days.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of non stock items.
Goods lost in transit
We understand that in rare circumstances your goods may be lost in transit. Please note that there is little we can do about this until 15 working days have passed from dispatch. We will help in any way we can to resolve non-deliveries up to replacement and refund if required. Please contact us if you are concerned that your goods are lost in transit.
Returns Policy
Please contact us first prior to returning any goods.
We offer a full refund including any P&P charges on all items sold that are not of a satisfactory quality, not as described in the listing, not fit for purpose or are damaged in transit. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
You can return any unused and undamaged goods with all sales packaging intact for any reason if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will be liable for the return costs. We will refund you the purchase price less any P&P charges.
This policy does not effect any rights you may have under Distance Selling Regulations.
